You can change your password on the my porsche web page after login in. Click on your name in the upper right and click on login & security. The second item you can edit is your password.
In your OP you say: "That ID and password works to open up the Porsche Connect app on my phone, and the...
If you read further up the document, you'll read: "MY2020 and MY2021 Porsche Taycan vehicles with pre-update software are affected and will be recalled". So if you got the "big" update before a certain date(which?), or this update isn't the latest version(which? and how to check?), your car will...
It's a wild guess, but I had login issues on a completely different platform and could solve it by changing my password.
I had a generated password and that password started with a dash(-). A dash is also used to signal a command line argument and that confused the software.
You probably hid them by accident. You can make them re-appear by clicking on the 3 dots/dashes in the lower middle of the screen, if I recall correctly. If not there, they are somewhere on the screen :fingerscrossed:
Don't worry too much about the "my connect services". It took many days before mine was correct. All that time Innodrive worked fine.
Have a look at good to know, activating and deactivating consideration of speed limits and deactivate it to get rid of the abrupt slowing down. The car will then...

Once you've driven a real EV (in other words Taycan), there is no going back to an ICE, even if it's a Porsche. I had the same with a Cayenne Turbo loaner, couldn't wait to get my Taycan back.

I have found a web page on the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration(NHTSA) that contains a treasure of technical information documents about all cars in the USA. I have filtered out information about our beloved(most of the time)/criticized(sometimes) Porsche Taycan.
I have published...
Only thing I can think of is have them contact Porsche Center Rotterdam at [email protected]
and ask what they did to solve this issue in the H-010-NV Taycan.
I found this: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2021/MC-10187873-0001.pdf
In this document Porsche states that it is the AC charging that is not working, but DC charging should work fine.
Also they specifically instruct the Porsche Centers not to deliver cars affected.
Does this problem applies...
Have you asked your Porsche Center how hard it is to remove the 19.2 kW charger for the time being?
(With the idea that EA charging would work without it)
Yeh, I suspect that's an address destination. Try adding a stopover by using the charger tab of the navigation screen. You can search on that screen too, so enter the city and select the charger from the list that appears.
I get the same behavior and simply ignore it, I know I can make it home and charge there. I don't know if you can set your home address as a charger location, unless your charger is in the Porsche database ;-)
Did you select that ionity charger via the charging tab on the navigation screen ?
I assume you enter chargers as (in between) destinations yourself?
Does the navigation recognizes the destination charger(s) you enter yourself as chargers, or are they simply (address) destinations?
If they are address destinations, the route planner can't take into account that you'll charge...
