My car was delivered back in early January with this feature missing and listed as an “open campaign”. I was notified earlier this month that the part was in and subsequently had my dealer retrofit it.
Agreed, my IPhone 13 Pro sits nicely in the clip but often doesn’t line up with the charging...
I was really considering these to replace my OEM 20's however I have the Sensio W&T Insurance and I'm guessing that these will no longer be covered under warranty. I can imagine the dealer's reaction should I have an issue with my tire and roll into his service bay w/20" Mission E's :-)
Not surprising to me at all. My car was delivered without a few options that were to be retrofitted "at a later date". On two occasions I received emails from PCNA that the parts were now available and to call my dealer to make an appointment to have the work performed. I actually spoke to an SA...
My car was at my local dealer for 2 days last week getting some open campaigns resolved. While there my SA confirmed that ANA6 is in their system as a future update but it isn’t expected to be available to apply to vehicles until sometime in mid-Aug and would require a return visit.
I received this today as well. I wonder if they’ll also perform the retrofit of the other two open campaigns on my delivered vehicle; phone charging cradle and sports sound?
My newly delivered '21 4s came with a couple of open campaigns of which the dealer neglected to make me aware of upon pickup. Specifically in regards to WMG6 I'm not exactly sure what this is/does. I *think* it has to do with the electric sport sound which I do, in fact, hear at times but I...
One key and missing phone charging cradle as well as the "control unit for acoustic simulator". My '21 was delivered this month. At the time of delivery the SA told me that Porsche was prioritizing these missing items for cars that have been delivered already..
All speculation and all based on unknown variables. Opinions range from "it's disappointing" to "what does it matter?" I'm in the former group as it's been one disappointment after another with this car; from ordering, to getting an allocation, to having my car languish in production for MONTHS...
I find it amazing that my just newly delivered MY21, that I waited 8 months for, now has an outdated PCM and no clarification from either PCNA or my dealer that my car can AND will receive the update.
Agreed…. disappointing.
My ‘21 was finally delivered back on 01/03 and still has these exact three campaigns still open:
My dealer, however, only advised me of the missing 2nd key issue. It took a kind member of this forum to run my VIN and confirm that those two other items are still missing from my build.
Porsche...
Both SiriusXM and CarPlay didn’t work upon delivery. The delivery advisor brought the car into the service area and I proceeded to wait for an hour and a half to have them rectify the issue. The end result was that they fixed the CarPlay issue but wiped all my newly installed settings clean...
If you don't mind.. kindly post up a message when/if you get your second key and I'll do the same. I'm working off the assumption that the keys will start flowing for these nearly-orphaned cars around the same time and I don't trust my dealer enough to reach out to me in due course.
This is...
