I’ve used it on scratches. You just have to be patient. The good thing is that if it doesn’t take, it doesn’t leave any paint behind. You’re left with the same as it is today, and you can still take it to a paint repair place that others recommend.

Dr Colorchip. Easiest to apply paint chip filler and probably will work on those scratches.
