I wonder if the back seat area carbon-fiber molding can be removed and allow for long items to pass through from trunk area and all the way to the front seat?
The current configuration makes it a non-starter for me who needs to slide a fixed paddle that is about 75 inches long.
thanks for this. now i can try to install the Felt Tape i bought from Porsche myself to remove small buzzing/rattle that comes on when music is playing at loud 22+ setting.
Is it worth the more-than-twice the price one would have to pay over pre J1.2 Turbo S?
And what car were you racing against when you said it would be 40 cars ahead of you in launch control?
the passenger display is gimmicky on J1 model because it only displays word Taycan or a name of the music track you are playing and some graphics. However, you can at least see that from the driver's point of view. I am told that J1.2 uses polarized glass and driver can't see squat.
you will be fine with the 21 inch wheels for comfort. i have set mine at sports suspension because normal is too soft and the new model is probably even more refined.
that is how i read it too, optimal is between 86 and 95, but then someone from here corrected me and pointed out that there was an update and optimal for charging is now more like 105.
i noticed that on my display too during DC charging--it is happy doing 105 and more
so far, count me in that ZERO column as my Turbo S has been in the shop 3 times, including now, for recalls and PCM upgrades, but the dealership has not mentioned they noticed anything. I've had the original ECU upgraded for about 10 months now and don't have a secondary one.
one time he, that Kyle guy said on Rivian forums that youtube incentivizes him to monetize his videos by making them longer. i flipped an off switch on his channel ever since.
he and his team are f...g leechers and should get a real jobs!
But what i dont know the answer for is why the OEMs...
seeing that @redshift-performance liked the comment, it must be a sister company :)
i am glad to see that business is expanding.
What are your plans to upgrade the 2025 models?
i have to come clean and admit that i watch these youtube car-race videos usually with mute on-you have seen one, you seen them all--is my thinking here.
This allows me to pay attention to what the driver is doing and not all that bs-ing/blabbing.
It seems to me that if he was using...
what was the original sound system? Bose or Burmester? Adding subwoofers and closing off that trunk space for sound waves to go through surely will chance the acoustics of the car in a negative way.
