2024 J1.1 GTS Sport Turismo.
Drive mode: Normal, although I will switch to Sport+ if I’m stuck behind dawdling traffic for slightly speedier overtakes. I rarely use Range mode as for the sake of an extra 10 miles or so, it seems kinda pointless.
Chassis: Normal. I find in this mode, these cars...
Stunning car. Absolutely amazing colour :like:
I concur with you on the looks front, I have a J1.1 GTS ST and I think they look better than the J1.2.
Out of interest, what range are you finding you are getting in the GTS?
I've had a satin finish kit for the middle and upper PCM screen sat here since October last year. Still in the box, it's one of those 'I'll get around to it sometime' things.
I'll try and get around to doing them sometime this year :giggle:
Fairly new to Taycan ownership as I've only had my GTS ST for 6 months or so.
The WST2 update notification appeared last week on my PCM but I dismissed it a few times as when it had appeared I was driving off to somewhere to do something. Figured I'd ignore it for a few days and update it when...
Absolute scum - such is the society we live in these days. I've worked damn hard to be able to afford to buy nice things, like my cars and I'm damn sure if I returned to my car and found someone trying this sort of thing I'd quite happily have my day in court after showing them the error of...
I've not had any issues with CarPlay connecting whilst my iPhone is locked and in my pocket. Connects within seconds of me getting into the car.
What I have experienced however, is if I get into the car and I've not activated BT prior to opening the door and entering the car is when I do...
What's the deal with the 'ramp' issue? I've only had my 2024 GTS since August, so still learning about its nuances.
Does it need some sort of special ramp so say for example, tyre garages can fit new tyres to it? I vaguely recall seeing mentioned somewhere that there is a specific jacking...
My charging with Ovo is integrated with the Zappi 2.1 and not the car. The Zappi manages the charging in 'Managed' mode (MNGD).
Now that we are coming into colder weather, if I want to preheat/precondition the car in the morning and the charging cable is still plugged in after a charge earlier...
Bought my GTS ST in August this year. One of the first questions I asked (via email so I had an email trail as evidence) was what the SoH the battery was. Porsche Guildford provided it with no problem at all. I also asked for the original build spec sheet which they provided too.
Definitely...
This worked for me - I like to sit low in my 18 way seats in my GTS, but when it was all the way to the lowest setting I was getting a squeak now and again. I lifted it a tiny amount and the squeak vanished. Problem solved :like:
Cheers for the info!
£765 for tyres doesn't seem too bad, maybe slightly more expensive than sourcing elsewhere. What tyres were they - front or rear....and what did you go for, P Zero's?
We don't seem to have much choice for tyres with our cars, at least if you want to remain with the NF0...
Purchased my 2024 GTS from Porsche Guildford, absolutely cannot fault the buying experience. They were excellent from start to finish, so thumbs up from me for them too!
What did they charge for the full service, out of interest?
I should have mentioned, I was charging through a standard domestic 13A 3 pin plug in the garage - the maximum I was getting was around 2.3 kWh with 10A. I only wanted a way to slowly charge up overnight until the Zappi was fitted. Handy to now have the PMC (no display) as a backup though. :like:
I paid £74k in August this year for my late registered 2024 GTS Sport Turismo with 9k miles recorded with an excellent spec. Having researched prices, discounts etc I didn't even ask for a discount during my sales discussion. I did however, ask for them to include a Porsche Mobile Charger kit...
