Yep - I find that if the water dries too quickly you get the salt/sodium deposits leaving a white mark. The car was ceramic coated, so I find that wiping them with a damp microfibre cloth returns them to black. I haven't noticed too much of an issue with rain though, there again it has been...

Nothing for the car but the back end services that support your ownership experience are poor.
