I've had my Tesla Model S for 8.5 years. I won't keep another electric car beyond the battery warranty. So, I'll keep the Taycan for 4 years.

Mine is still in San Diego, as well (came on Green Ridge). The delivery date hasn't budged from 4/8 so I'm not going to expect any movement for another week. When Green Ridge reached SD it went immediately into port so there were no delays in offloading, at least.

The only true “must have” option is the performance battery plus. As an EV, range is king, and I will always select the biggest battery available as the first option.
