Taycan RWD is slower than the Model 3 LR or Performance. Then again, I would personally argue it doesn't even matter. You still get an enormous amount of torque from the RWD and it is more than fast enough for daily use. For me, I will gladly give up some 0-100 time to have a way more enjoyable...

I placed my order for RWD ST 2 weeks ago and delivery is set for April as it stands now. So not that bad..

For me (wrote it on the forum already), coming from a Tesla Model 3 Performance I am going back noticeably in speed going to 4 ST (Sport Turismo) but the entire ride is a much better experience and I have enough speed for decent overtakes etc. So more than happy with my choice.

The overload of piano black in modern cars is really bad, one of the reasons I like the Taycan over the GT.

I hope they merge the J1 platform (Taycan and e-tron GT) with the PPE platform as the Macan / A6 e-tron should get, which should give 500 miles of range.
