Commuting in my 2021 RWD Taycan

Cool! Enjoy the ride. No ACC or Innodrive though with all those highway miles?

Contemplating coming over from Model 3 - advice needed

No, but I like the responsiveness of the Model 3, whereis the Model 3 SR+ felt slower. Have no direct comparison to the Taycan yet. We'll see, it's not that I need the Taycan, I could always be on the lookout for a used 4S while I save up for a bit. Thanks for all the advice so far everyone!

Yes, test drive with the RWD set for 19-7, and next Monday @benver will visit me with his Turbo. Probably feel like my savings account is going to ruins after having seen/felt a Turbo :crying:

Think your comments sum up my expectations pretty good. Only thing is I am a bit 'concerned' about the RWD compared to the model 3 in terms of performance. Number 2 and 5 sound good though and what I am looking for when spending pretty much double compared to the model 3. As for 7 - agree...

Not sure what you mean here..

Opinions seem to differ about the insulated glass, if it is worth it. It is a difference of 20" of 19" wheels though.

Yes, this is for sure a 'problem' with Porsche. How do people value the standard audio? I'm not an audio freak, but I see almost everybody speccing op Bose or Burnmeister.

I would probably just need to look at and feel the difference. I hope the dealer has some budget Taycans haha.

Haha, fair. Just trying to make sense out of all these pricey options. Sometimes it sucks being a Dutchy, for the $ equivalent of RWD build I can spec out a 4S with the premium, performance and technology pack in the US.:(

But what you're describing is ACC + ALK right? What Innodrive seems to add is navigation aware driving, so it would slow for corners and stuff.

Ok, definitely dropping Innodrive for now (only interested in the ALK anyway), contemplating spending some more money on the interior, either black leather or perhaps even the chalk.

11 kWh is fine, charging infrastructure in Holland seems very good in general. Seems the general consensus is to swap out Innodrive..

Aha! Interesting. Any Dutch people out here know about the FoD options in NL? @benver ?

Is ALK a seperate option (in the US?). I only see the blind spot monitor, ALK seems to be included only in the innodrive package?

Ah, sorry, did not know the configurator does not translate. Dutch builds do not have packs, sadly. Here's it summed up: Exterior SportDesign sideskirts Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur Folding mirrors High gloss black window skirts No model Privacy glass Chassis Performance+ battery Powersteering...

Contemplating coming over from Model 3 - advice needed

Hi all, Yes, another Tesla post. I currently have a Model 3 Performance, which works 'fine', but I am missing the connection to the car a bit. I like the tech they provide, and the Auto Pilot, but it's not a car that has me looking back to see if my hard earned money is safe. Another thing...
