Finally got mine yesterday

After almost 12 months of waiting (11 months really) I finally picked up my GTS after waiting months for the 12v battery and then another few months for a Burmester amp. More photos coming soon but here it is finally from earlier today!

I agree! The current headlight design is so iconic. This new design looks like a step backwards IMO. I also hope this is just some design exploration. The bumper design is also not great IMO.

Ah, I see. Maybe mine is also affected by the same. So does that mean the 12v battery gets installed at the dealership? I thought it would be installed at factory before it gets on the ship. My SA is not very helpful. He keeps telling me I have access to more current info through TYD.

Question for pre-pandemic Porsche owners… Is this “buggy” experience normal for TYD? I think it is cool that Porsche offers this service but I can’t believe in 2022 this is the kind of experience we get from their vehicle tracking service. It makes me wonder how reliable the rest of their cloud...

TYD disappeared for me again today. It was showing ”port processing” yesterday so I am guessing it is getting updated now to show “ready for transport” but based on past experience, the update takes a few days before TYD becomes available again.

That happened to me also for a few days and then TYD came back. Now it is showing “Port processing”
