    I have been charging at home for over 3 years with no trouble and have taken a couple of road trips but I don’t think I can handle the heavy new EA cables. Are chargepoint, EV go or Tesla any easier to deal with. And thanks to all who have replied.

    It is excessive but whether legal or not…who knows. In Maine you get to pay a fee about that large every year when one registers their Taycan!
