Whatever info it was, wasn't right. I got my GTS ST allocation in november and I am in Illinois. However my various options (orange interior stitch) apparently means my freeze date got pushed from Dec 1st to Feb 11th, and arrival will be in April now.

What did they give you for it?

One will argue that the GTS red/chalk package is a better value, get all the carbon bits and the red belts and floormats, but I honestly don't care much, not a huge fan of the red, and could do without the belts. Just want that sweet sweet orange stitch. :p Interesting that the UK config shows...

Then why would there be a specific option for “gts deviated stitch “ like I showed in the screenshot? And the entire post was about how the configuratior shows some GTS specific variations that are a bit different than the standard one that is available for leather.

That is for the full leather deviated stitch package. Notice on the screenshot I posted there is a GTS specific one.

So I finally got the call that after 12 months my allocation for a GTS ST has arrived. I've been driving around a nicely specced CT4 for the last 2 months so it's been great to really know what I want and don't want. One of the things I definitely want is some sort of contrast stitch. However...

recently switched over to winter tires and no change in the noise. going to a different dealer here since my closest one wants nothing to do with this car. Really frustrating.

Yep, I’ve been at the top of the list at my dealer for 12 months with a $10k deposit and still not a single word about allocations.

Lol, good luck. I've had my name on the list with a deposit since the day it was announced in Nov 2021, still no word even though have my name at one of the larger midwest dealers. But I do have a 2021 CT4 I'm driving around now.

This does look sharp as hell. I like it. Most noticeable to me: Sharper crease line on the fender leading to the headlight, not as soft as the current Taycan. Also there is an entirely different headlight design on the sedan test mule:

Those that think the "dented bumper" is an intake or a design feature.... wow.... haha. Notice that it is where the ultrasonic sensor is, and oddly enough the cone of detection is basically the exact size of that "dent" right?. :rolleyes: So far I think it looks sharp, hardens up the edges a bit.

I think pretty obvious they are going to make a GT variant similar to the Cayenne GT to slot in above the Turbo S for another ultra-high-profit-margin trim. Call it the fastest track EV ever (like the fastest SUV ever for the cayenne GT) and bada bing bada boom.
