Expensive cars are more likley to end up in shop than not. I don't understand why people think because a car is expensive it somehow makes it immune from breaking.
If you want a reliable car buy a Toyota camary.
I think people here are talking about two different regens.
There is the drive mode regen which puts energy back into the battery when you lift your foot off of the accelerator - and - you have braking regen which does the same thing but when you push the brake.
We are specifically taking...
Regen braking didn't activate for me until I hit about 400 miles.
I guess they want you to bed the pads in first so if you need to make an emergency stop with a 2 ton car your brakes are good.
I have never gotten the target or min charge to work.
Every time I get into the car in the morning its at 100%.
One time I woke up at 4am, checked the app and charging was "pasued" , charge level was at exactly 85%. Went back to bed, in the morning car was at 100%. Have no idea what happened...
It could also be a differnce between drive modes. In normal you always start off in 2nd Gear but in Sport/Sport+ you start in 1st gear.
Also its pretty chilly right now, 3 degrees in the UK probably isn't best for current flow from the battery.
I was going to get the blackvue too but decided against it.
I don't want to do anything that can hurt my warranty with regards to the 12 volt issue.
Most dashcams state in their manuals that they can not be used in ev cars.
Looks fine, remember for AC charging the charger is IN the car. What they sell as AC "chargers" are just relays and timers. They only output AC from the wall, there is no charger.
They are mainly for saftey, to check current usage and communicate with the car that power is connected.
Where there other cars charging at the same time on other chargers?
Some charging station only have 200 to 300 KW for the entire station and it gets divided by all the users.
From new, saw it on day one. Didn't really click at the time. Plus it was a home delivery and the rep had left by the time I noticed. Wasn't gonna send the car back for that anyways.
It's even more annoying because I also paid almost £2k more for the Olea leather.
