I’m scheduled to take my MY21 4S in on August 8 for ANA5 and 1st service and hope to also get ANA6 during that two-day visit.

I did have the flickering screen with the cameras activated a number of times already. So I’m happy that there will be a remedy soon. And if additional improvements come along with it all the better. I have a MY21 4S BTW.

I think ANA5 was about the wiring harness to the seat belt buckle of the rear passenger side seat?!

They might be deployed country by country…

I asked the official spokesperson for the Taycan on LinkedIn what the technical implications are of this update and what OTA updates to expect next. Let’s wait and see if and what he will reply… But I agree this appears (!) to be a big technical step. Maybe this server upgrade a few weeks ago...

According to the notes it is for „improving the robustness of the HV battery“, probably affecting the charging characteristics?! Anybody with any more detailed background?

Got my ONA5 update today. Installing as we speak. at least things are moving forward. But in baby steps.

I at least saw some picture with a bucket full of keys, and some were Porsche key fobs. Allegedly they just took keys only from diesel and petrol cars. but I wonder if they even recognize the Taycan as a full-electric car.

This week Greenpeace members have entered the premises where thousands of cars where parked before being boarded on a large ship at the port of Emden at the North Sea coast of Germany. And they stole some 1500 car keys from VW group cars including Porsches so that those cars could not be loaded...

I have now an issue. But I am not sure if it is related to the update or just a coincidence: when I close the driver’s door the frameless window goes up, but not fully. It lacks some 5 to 10 mm. But that is enough that I have much more noise from turbulences unless I move it up fully by pulling...

After the update to my MY21 it also took two or three days until Apple Music and Apple Podcasts appeared again as icons in the „media“ tab. Then I had to link them again to my Apple-ID.

I got mine (MY21) back today from the workshop. and suddenly Apple Music and Apple Podcasts are missing from the media list?! I don’t mind it that much because I use wireless CarPlay anyway. But it makes me wonder if the update process was flawless?! Apart from that I haven’t noticed anything...
