Interesting, the problems I had were on a really cold day so what are you doing to preheat the battery? The only pre-heating/cooling options I’ve found are for the car interior not the battery.

After that first initial journey the heater has been absolutely fine. I did notice that Eco mode was enabled so I switched that off - I don’t think it was set before the failure so that probably explains why it didn’t seem as effective.
