I think we can't solve it. Look at the other US dominated thread trending now.
Does your RFID Porsche card work?
Until Porsche finds whatever is bugged in their back end and fixes it. Much like the "Connect"-PCM saga 10 days ago.
Spoke this morning with Porsche (smart?) Mobility twice in 2...
I don't think it's a US-only issue. And I'm not even sure it is strictly related to EA. Same story in Switzerland. Same idiotic login screen posted above here. "buy a contract bla bla" (even if you have one already ..)
2h ago I did a test using the RFID black Porsche charging card and I was...
you mean a playlist in Apple Music is triggered via CarPlay ? have you checked that you don't have any CarPlay related automation in place under "shortcuts" (the Apple app)?
something very bad is happening on a daily basis . Only in Nov I had a dozen errors (bugs mostly inside the instrument clusters and in the connect app), a wide Porsche server crash which, depending on the user and geography, lasted 4-5 days, etc. etc. we are basically alpha testers :)...
Every day there is a new software error in my Nokia 9210 Taycan.
This one is new. Has anyone seen it yet? I can't find it here. Connect service reps don't even know what are Porsche car models...
The black RFID card still works. The "Charging" app (green icon) no more. It no longer allows me...
thanks. great color scheme.
plate housing is very different from Europe (I prefer this side of pond :) , but much nicer vanity plate. With the exception of UK, here you can do very little. In CH people pay up to 100k USD or more to buy "rarer" plates with "low" numbers.
thanks for sharing (I think I saw your other post) and sorry to hear. It seems a bit high, but you might be right, the fascia alone must be 1k usd or more (luckily, it comes with no deductible or premium increase for me). Here the hourly rates are quite high...
could you please post a picture...
I would please ask for your expert opinion. Much to my annoyance, I have just found that someone has hit the plastic fascia in the bumper of my Taycan in a parking and drove away (...).
Damage seems small, plastic is bent inwards (it will be fixed by insurance at no cost to me). Does the plastic...
Mine are NF0 too. Pirelli P Zero winters new. I don't think there are many options available on NF0 (Pirelli and Goodyear I think) Yet the feeling of pedal lacking initial bite (on PSCB) is there - as well explained here by Daveo4EV .
tried again today 240 km/h+ , similar outside temp (0-5 C) on...
Just had the same a few hours ago. . I was charging at a fast station, swiped to open the port, plugged in the cable. I went back to sit in the car and found the message. I locked the car and left it there. Charging was completed without issues. Port closed by itself. The error...
congrats on the nice trim.
- you can change the fisheye view when reversing with a rear view with less fisheye . just press the icon at the very left of display (in the black sidebar, lower third) to switch between fisheye and the other one.
- agree on Google maps but one way to pre-condition...
On winters 20" , car mostly in normal and occasionally in range, 0-5 C, I do 25-27 kwh/100 km. (so 3.7-4 km or 2.3-2.5 miles per kw) but only on longer trips.
Having fun in similar conditions means for me 35-39 kwh/100 km (2.5-2.8 km or 1.55-1.7 miles per kw).
observed lately over a total 2k km
ah thanks.
It's just my feeling when compared with impressions on other cars. if you look at Taycan's numbers posted here by others you see they are pretty good. So we should not worry...
good point. so you are saying that even with the right specs (104 load) etc. the tire won't be good if it's not NF0 , as it would not have reinforced sidewalls ?
good luck for your upcoming trip.
On the Taycan, would you consider P Zero also better vs. Michelin PS4S?
I had a 991.2 4 GTS and both P Zero (delivered with) and swapped for Michelin later on (summer tires). I found it to offer more confidence and control, be more progressive when you reached the limit on twisty mountain...
I was definitely not at the grip limit :) no abs kicking in at any time) , I had 3 passengers, back from a day out, they just wanted to experience a bit of Porsche ev acceleration and speed. In the meantime I realised that those tires are labeled V for 240 km/h max I think.
Also, it was one of...
