mine is also my20 and seems to have P&C on. Have you checked the "charging" app under my vehicles - does it say P&C enabled? I posted a screenshot in the separate EA thread.

thanks. I had seen it. but tried at 6-7 ionity stations in CH and ITA, never worked once P&C. How do you know if the car is updated for that (I have a turbo MY20)? which SW release/code?

that's awful. My card is still working but the rest is not. Also not able to use Plug&Charge at Ionity - I doubt that's even activated in the network, never heard anybody confirming that.
