You should be able to get TOU from PSEGLI if you are on Long Island. I had a smart meter installed and have been using their overnight rate for months. Day rate is 110%, 11PM-6AM is 60%.
Solution for me was no profile, timer only. Timer set to end of low rates (6AM), SOC set to 80%. Works every time. Starts when it thinks it needs to to be at 80% at 6AM.
I came from a Macan GTS and F&F wise the car was fine, I wouldn't say better than Taycan though. I have/had no rattles or F&F issues in either car.
My Macan had the old PCM with wired carplay and the tiny screen, so the Taycan PCM in comparison is miles better. I used the facelift PCM in...
Numbers make no sense. Battery+ car is .5 faster to 99, but no faster in the 1/4? How does the small battery car close that gap? Impossible…
We need real world results. I suspect the battery+ car is much fast from a roll, without overboost especially.
Who has a draggy?
LOL. More than +100hp out of the rear motor? Doubt they left that much on the table.
GTS is very predictable IMO. Turbo drive train detuned, wheels in black, sport chrono, GTS specific interior, sport deisgn pkg etc all standard... same old GTS formula, rinse and repeat. And it will be great.
Highly doubt you will see a RWD GTS. Turbo rear motor is 450hp I believe. I wouldn't expect a GTS to have less power than a 4S...
My bet is the GTS variant will be AWD only, with Turbo rear motor tuned down a bit.
I bought my '20 in May off the lot. 14% off but it wasn't stamped, so full warranty. My production date was Aug 2020.
They need to go more than 10%, but I can guarantee they will not go 20% on a new car, regardless of the fact that it's leftover, look at the price of used ones... not worth it...
Mine is unlocked every morning after my timer is complete. I never have to hit the button, light is not on, plug pulls right out. PMCC on 2020 4S WMA5/7, AMB5 not done yet.
Been there done that. Engine was out of my Macan GTS 3 times! Hence why I no longer own it... a new battery, or even drive motor would not concern me in the same way with my Taycan.
I tried two local dealers and both gave me the same story. One said the update wasn't released to them yet, another said they didn't have the module they need to do the update. Neither seemed to be aware of the recall situation.
Got the notification. Called the dealer and they say they will not be ready for AMB5 until mid-late August due to "parts" needed for the update? Going to try another dealer.
