and now TYD site is down. not looking good.

I was originally supposed to start Production on 2/18 and be done by now, but on 2/16 it was pushed back to 3/11. If this is true…. Ugh.

Feels like the delay/uncertainty is less about hardware and more about testing surface area. there’s a lot of upgrade permutations to work through, and the risk of bricking a car is high. a bad upgrade means flatbed trucks taking cars to dealerships. That’s…pricey. I sure hope it happens, but...

So i ended up adding this to my order too (just froze Monday) the stitching on the back of the seats really put it over the top for me. The big plastic wall of seatback is unbecoming of a 150k car. also, unless you are buying a periodic track car, the options you’ll enjoy the most are the ones...

how much does it cost to get that kind of Xpel Steath on the full car? I’ll have a CT4S but imagine it will be in the same ballpark. I’m in the US (Texas). I’m really struggling to choose a color. This while/stealth looks pretty fantastic tho

Anyone do this on the CT? They look like the ones on the configurator, but actual pics show the amber ones.

When i first did my config, it showed the car with the panoramic roof. But when i go back to the config, its a solid roof (I’m in the U.S. where its standard for the CT). also the Track Your Dream pics show a solid roof. anyone else seeing that? also curious how long it takes config changes...

So this FOD thing is good advice. I love the idea of seeing it in action before buying. Does anyone know how much InnoDrive costs with FOD? Rumor is you have to pay for ALK (active lane keeping) separatey. There is also some notion that the ‘factory’ innodrive is different than the FOD version?

I just need the config lock date to hit. I keep checking more and more boxes and every week costs me $$ :) my overall thought here is to focus more on interior than track/racing/perf. I def want it fast enough to feel like a Porsche, but also nice enough inside to feel like a 150k car. Obv...
