We took the Mini Countryman hybrid to France, didn’t want to queue up behind all those Dutch Electric lease car drivers. When half of Netherlands is driving to and through France, it’s not funny anymore…
This is nearly always an alignment / spacer / increased camber issue, in combination, often in combination with run flat sidewalls.
tire takes about 15k-20k and then sidewall on the inside just shreds. If you use spacers, either remove them or redo alignment. Pirelli has the same issue. To much...
The car is 2nd hand? Then there is no Stuttgart guidance full stop on delivery.
which then either means 2 things, your dealer is not a fully equipped reseller and needs a fully equipped dealer to update your vehicle / reset service interval as he doesn’t have the right equipment, or something...
Plug & charge saves a swipe, but you’re tied to only 1 (and often the most expensive) provider.
I’m always checking different apps to decide what card to swipe. Can save sometimes up to 50%
Got 7 different providers now, all offering the same charging points, but all at different rates.
Yes I live in NL, he lives with my ex in Offerton, Stockport, which is expensive risk premium too. :( he didn’t want to be dependent on others to insure cheaper, the pain coming later and just wants to be eligible for lower rates as soon as possible autonomously.
Update: He bit the bullet, Bought a 2014 Polo with 3Y warranty from Volkswagen dealer and signed insurance for 2.500GBP in his case blackbox full coverage. As every party quoted both online and offline, 3rd PTY and full for the same amount :( . No other named driver so he can work on his own no...
But 3k a year for a 6 or 6k car makes no sense, at all? That’s just a blatant rip off.
amounts for 3rd pty for 18yo in articles are between 800-900 gbp, but nowhere to be found in configurators.
Uk gents, I need some help.
my son, being 18 has got a full license for 3 months now. He wants to buy a 10 year old Volkwagen Polo. For 8k gbp, but he can’t get a half decent insurance quote. No matter if he chooses full coverage or 3rd PTY only, in all the comparison configurators he only gets...
I’ve had the fitcamX now for a couple of months - ZERO issues, cleanest least invasive install and cleanest look. HIGHLY recommended. And once you know that to do, it’s a 10min install.
Guys, I feel the conversation gets a bit blurred.
the question is specifically about a 4s PB+, the undiscussed variable being 20/21” wheels, or heatpump.
touting range calculator numbers or RWD’s are only muddying the waters more.
Most city driving for me is 35kWh /100km I would need to at least drive for an hour to get that down.
initially cold it starts with 55kWh /100km for the first 10mins or so.
