Phone call has just come in and confirmd that my 75 mile replacement heater is faulty. All other aspects inspected/tested and found ok.

Mine is in today for repair. More info later.

Relatively impressed with the heater in the loaner Macan 4 EV today. Not so much with everything else. PCM may be quicker than my MY24 CT but IMHO it is not as good layout and intuitive wise.

Must be blowing cold air. Mine MY24 CTS dies December replacement dies January.. Surely you must notice the lack of heat?

Can anyone with a functioning heater tell me how good it is when it is working? Is it as competent as an ICE heater? I feel it should be as good if not better going by the spec.

Booked in for replacement on Monday. No cabin heat and no battery conditioning when cold

Five week wait in January/February without a heater is unreasonable in my opinion, especially as the heater in question has only just been replaced...

Interestingly the US workshop campaign specifically references keeping customers mobile and provides instructions for the Dealer with regard to billing Porsche for up to five days of loan vehicle. UK apparently has to wait for a service loan, or walk. Not very good.

Seriously dis-chuffed regarding this, especially as no loaner for 5 weeks. I accept that things go wrong but having to rely on friends to ferry me about (again, within a month) leaves a bad taste. Is it worth pulling the Assistance cord I wonder. Seems a bit OTT, but I am miffed...

Going for a World record. Heater replaced 15 December............ Heater blowing cold air only; 9th January, 75 miles later. Do I win a prize?

One reservoir, two circuits; tandem master cylinder and an axle split front/rear. Some twin circuit systems are split diagonally, FR,RL/FL,RR including others in VW Group.

Twin circuit hydraulics to the physical brakes. Electronic handbrake. Three phase redundancy.

Come on. There MUST be someone on here who knows how to remove the cover from the CT rear wiper arm...

Thanks for that. Question. Does the 280 length not mean it fouls the rear spoiler? Original is 250. Does not appear to be much clearance at the top of the window... I shall have to be brave with the cover I guess.
