@KLHubb, I think you are referring to the SCR upgrade kit :) I am interested in just buying the adapters and swapping out the speakers as a start. This is subjective but when I listen to jazz, the highs on the buremster just hurts my ears. Gains are above mid level (not THAT loud).

KLHubb - Have you experimented with anything on your Taycan to up level the listening experience?

Thanks for the info on SCR above. I just installed AudioFrog / JL audio in my other car and it sounds really good. The mids and highs are really smooth at minimum I might just replace the tweeters to see how they sound

sound quality is subjective of course There is nothing wrong with my system. It’s just the highs are a bit harsh even with the treble down.

I turned off all EQ in Apple Music but will give it a shot too and there isn’t an EQ on the Burmester

I posted this on another thread but the PCM<>Apple Music sound quality sounds "fuller". Even though the bitrate is variable on PCM, the base is more punchy and overall ranges are more clear than Apple Car Play (through a wire, loseless)

Confirmed with Porsche that this is a known bug on their end which happened on the 9th. It should fix itself hopefully soon
