Use mine for the past 2 1/2 years, no mis-reads. works. I placed it half way on the dotted area next the rear-view mirror housing, and half of it's outside the dotted area. to the right if you're looking out front from the driver seat. It's placed in a small 3d-printed holder and that holder...
Costco Napa also have the EA chargers, but I only saw 2 when I was there a few weeks back, and they're both not online yet. So maybe all new Costcos will come with EA chargers from now on.

OMG, I never realized the long-press to turn off ALK. Gonna to try this. I hate it being active when I'm doing I turn off all assistance (at least I think I did). Thanks.

Yes, performance to bang to value is awesome.
Yes, I understand the M3P is never gonna replace anybody's Taycan here. I'm just saying it's a great bargain for somebody who wants a daily and weekend canyon carver, and yes, this will do canyon runs like the best of them.

Flame suit on.
This is my 5th Tesla (ducks!!). I think this might be my new DD. Butt dyno says it's faster than my 4S, will need to do some canyon driving this weekend. But Tesla has hit this out of the park. Suspension is best I've ever driven in a Tesla. 2 previous X ('16 90D, '22...
So, I'm joining the saga.
Pano roof cracked, started with a chip, took a while with GEICO to get it sorted, since SafeLite does not do roofs. a week passed, and it cracked all the way across the glass panel. Insurance says I can only go through Sunroof Express, and they max out at $150 labor...
Ah. I never realized it's the same action.
What I gather, from just using the PID and the stalk.
I usually just flip up (resume) 1st to engage PID, this sets the initial speed to 20mph, then I flip up again, to jump to the posted speed limit, without having to push forward to do 5mph...
Once in a while, I would see on the driver assistance tube, asking to confirm speed limit. How or where do I press to confirm this? I don't really care, but it just weird that there's no obvious option to press. It stays on a few seconds, then go away, but I would imagine if they have this on...
Setup a new destination with your PCM nav. Then cancel the trip. That should kill the trip planner, and should get you back to charging. I've seen it a few times. Where after arriving at your destination, for some reason, the range planner does not clear, and if you had previously set a...
I mount mine half in the dotted area and half out. with the older I'm using, it was only option placement. Reads mine fine, going through toll plaza and express lanes.

We'll definitely miss the more active contributions daveo4EV
I too am contemplating either a Gen2 or Macan Turbo. But also itching at a cheap Model 3 Performance that might be out later this year.
Keeping the Gen 1, got X Care extended warranty till 140k miles, so hopefully I can last that...
I went with xCare because I had it on my Teslas. 100k miles / 10 years, it's 100k miles on top of whatever mileage you have on your car, not capped at 100k miles. when I bought, I had over 40k miles on my Taycan, so extended warranty is good for 140k miles.
$100/deductible per dealer visit...
