I reached out to Porsche customer service last week, still has not heard back: meanwhile I am stuck on the guest profile as I can’t log into my profile anymore. Appears to be connectivity issue. Can’t connect phone via Bluetooth either, Bluetooth is disabled, CarPlay won’t work, wired or...
I just talked to Porsche customer service about this issue. They said there are no outstanding sw updates for my car. Hey had me reset the PCM to system defaults, still no luck. Now, it won't even let me log back into my profile! They had me send them pics of the SOS green light, 4G...
I have the same issue on my 25 4S. Late last year :(. It was resolved by the dealer after sw update. It started again about 12 days ago. App no longer refreshes car information, it shows last update on 3/25 9:30am EST. Reinstalling app doesn't help. Porsche even got rid of PCM reboot after...
I had an issue with my 25 Taycan where it lost connectivity to the app for over 10-12 days. Two finger reboot, app relogin, fuse resets, etc didn’t help. Took it to the dealer for latest software update and apparently it fixed the issue for few hours.
App connectivity lost as of around 9pm...
I have 25 Taycan 4s and having this issue. Car shows 4G signal with 5 bars of Verizon signal, but not connectivity. App won't refresh or send any command to the car. Keeps saying no data connection :(
I called Porsche and they said to contact the dealer. Dealer said they never heard of this...
You're absolutely right, seems like Verizon hotspot is blocking the VOIP ports. I tried FaceTime audio calls with no cell signal, it went through just fine over the wifi/hotspot. I just cancelled the data service, it's not working for me, so waste of money. Not sure how this setup is working...
This does not work on my 25 Taycan, see my post here.. very odd.

I found a way to force WiFi calling by setting iPhone to airplane mode and enabling WiFi. This works perfectly while my phone is connected to my home WiFi. I can make phone calls with no issues. But as soon as I connect my phone to car’s hotspot WiFi, I get attached message when I try to make...
Wifi calling didn’t help me. Even with full WiFi signal and WiFi calling enabled on the phone, I lose signal. Too bad there is no other solution. Porsche said they never heard of this issue!!
Thanks, I'll take a look. I called Porsche today and they said they had never heard of this issue :surprised:
I just signed up for the car Wi-Fi to see if iPhone Wi-Fi calling helps with the signal issue... but it's $20/month :(
Did you find a solution? I have 25 Taycan with insulated windows and it blocks/weakens the cell signal a lot. My phone is almost unusable! I tried keeping phone in the trunk and it works much better but it's not practical :(
My 25 4s does not have Chrono package but I do have a drive mode selector dial which shows Range, Normal and Sport modes. But when I change the drive mode using the dial, the infotainment screen shows Normal, Sport, and Sport Plus. I can then simply touch Sport Plus mode on the screen.

According to the app, psi shown are the current measured psi and number in the parenthesis are the deviations. So according to the pic, 41/44 are current psi and the rated psi must be 40/43? Thus (+1)?
No big deal, just wanted to understand how this really works.
I am still little confused. If 41 and 44 psi are correctly rated pressure, why does the car say all 4 tires are +1? May be I am not understanding these numbers.
PCM was set to partial load (40 psi front/rear). There is also a setting for full load (41 psi front, 44 psi rear). So the app is basing +/- based on this setting.
