My Porsche app lost connectivity (again)

I just talked to Porsche customer service about this issue. They said there are no outstanding sw updates for my car. Hey had me reset the PCM to system defaults, still no luck. Now, it won't even let me log back into my profile! They had me send them pics of the SOS green light, 4G indicator symbol, and error logging in. They said they'll open a ticket for this issue. Really sucks.

Not sure if helpful but the service center ran an “Integration Test” to see the software update flag. The Porsche rep on the call did not mention any outstanding updates so perhaps they don’t see the information?

I reached out to Porsche customer service last week, still has not heard back: meanwhile I am stuck on the guest profile as I can’t log into my profile anymore. Appears to be connectivity issue. Can’t connect phone via Bluetooth either, Bluetooth is disabled, CarPlay won’t work, wired or wireless. 🙁. Super frustrating!
