Curious to get people's opinions on a satin PPF wrap on volcano grey vs. keeping the metallic look. For those that considered it and decided against it why? and for those that did the Satin wrap, anything you regret? I'm curious which one is easier to keep clean (assuming both are PPF wrapped)...

You should reach out to PEC LA to see if they'll let you schedule a pick up date. Seems like they are pretty backed up again given the back log of vehicles that did not get delivered in the fall. I originally got an email in August that they would reach out to schedule time once the car is on...

Thank you all for the advice. Having pecla store it until Saturday when I can fly down and drive it back is a good idea

Anyone in the LA / southern cal area recommend a car transport company. I live in the bay area and am picking up my GTS from PECLA in early January. I was originally going to drive it back myself but I couldn't get a Friday appointment and don't have time during the week for a 6 hour drive

sigh....PECLA is booked through January 11th...guess I'm gone for the Holidays and can wait a few more weeks for what went from a birthday treat to myself to a Christmas present to a new years gift... Have to move my PPF appointment for the 4th time...they must really hate me now

Mine is going to PECLA and also has a 12/16 delivery date but who knows

Know a couple people had their TYD date change to “contact your dealer to schedule delivery”. Do you guys have PEC delivery? Only reason I can think of given they are suppose to reach out to start scheduling pickup once the cars are on the boat

Lol we all had the 10/14 date and pushed to 11/04. Looks like Porsche has no idea and we're all slowly just getting moved back to whatever the next date is irrespective of what's actually going on

How did you guys add the car in the app? thought you needed proof of ownership? I tried with a photo of my drivers license and the purchase agreement but still says documents are being checked

Did you guys all just recently get your delivery date changed from TYD today? And are your cars waiting at Emden? Mine moved up from 12/2 to 11/25 a few weeks ago. It arrived at Emden on 10/4 but not sure what boat it’s leaving on. Didn’t seem like there’s a west coast boat in October so maybe...

Nope still says arrived on the 4th and on vessel on 14th so I guess that means I’ll be on the boat leaving November? Or I guess it also might not have the 12V battery in which case who the hell knows lol either way if it’s not on the boat my hope of getting it in 2022 isn’t looking great

No changes here, says it arrived at port on the 4th (who knows if it actually did or not of if the battery is installed) and on boat on the 14th
