I can attest that clear packing tape does work in place of a broken germanium window. That said, I am still hoping to get a replacement germanium window proper.

The error is not necessarily due to a faulty charger. For my 22 4S, it was a short in the HV heater. This was the heater that had replaced the original faulty heater. So now I'm on heater #3, and presently fault free.

I have one. My girlfriend has one. The app still works, although it's not really necessary. I prefer to use the My Porsche app.

This is simply a poor design. My Night view assist camera failed after (presumably a pebble) broke the lens on my Panamera a couple years ago. I thought it a rare event until the same thing just happened on my Taycan. I drive about 7000 miles a year on paved roads. There should be protection...

Update - Porsche has refuted this claim as it relates to parts coming from Belarus. Cars awaiting parts in US ports are not because of a Chip from Belarus. There is however a customs issue and care are awaiting a small replacement part...

Soft close doors are now an option for 2025. And only $720 usd. Any chance this could be retrofit for previous model years? I'm sure it would cost more as a retrofit but could it be possible? It's the one thing I truly miss from my Panamera...
