I wish you best of luck solving this issue. 335/hour is decent rate for a good law firm. When Porsche loses the case, they will have to cover your costs as well? At least this is how this works in our country. I'll head over next week to talk to their manager about this issue. Hopefully we'll work something out without involving lawyers. Have you talked about releasing the story to media? I'm sure they would love to pick this story up. 9 months is beyond anything normal.

Update on my situation. I have managed to return my Trashcan to the dealer. My saga is now officially over. I'll be ordering RS6 or RSQ8 shortly to replace this piece of shit car. I really hope you solve this in following weeks. Tell them you'll release this to the press. I'm sure they will tear Porsche dealer a new one with public exposure.

So the 12th August came and it's gone. No contact - no message - no nothing from Porsche.
I hired a law company which discusses mainly with the seller. They have claimed all between 'no fault' to 'force majeure' until now and claimed Porsche Espoo has not used valid components in repair..
Consumer rights claim has been started. Handling will take ca. 1 year typically.
Law company writes now paper to sue seller.

Good point.
The last 3 discussions can be seen in the screenshot.
After I made reclamation of the service in 'reasonable time' to seller and Porsche Espoo, there has been no other communication from there to me. Reclamation was only few lines telling that the reasonable time has been used and I seek annullment of the deal.
Both declined all responsibility.
After this I hired a law company who has successfully been in court with car cases.

We went back and forth for about 3 weeks of negotiations and finally ended in returning the car. Good luck Art. Remember, the longer it takes, the more interest they will have to pay you back once it's over. If times is on your side, don't stress out too much.

Charged it once and stored it.

So the consumer rights board screws consumers by making them not drive a car, aging it, depreciating it, running out its warranty, on a chance that they might rule in their favor? In Taycan's case there may actually be something in the warranty that voids it if you store the car without charging and driving it for more than some period of time - check your warranty details.

PS> Perhaps it would have been a good idea to file with the board as soon as the car went into service on day 1 - you can always cancel, but at least start the 1 year clock.

Hold your horses! - there's big annual celebration coming!

It was 19th december year 2023 I did the last succesful trip with the 4S before this 8 months warranty repair.

Actually I reported charging problems to Porsche Espoo 7th december and they gave me next possible service dates 12th or 16th january...
I noticed the thing was bricked when trying to pick my GF from train station for christmas.
0,9 V in 12V battery and relays clicking..

I was late after starting 'ol' reliable' company Transit for the task..

So the Trashcan stays in it's stable. It has kept it's charge well. During this 3+ months I've charged once from 68 to 75%. When returned by Porsche Espoo I charged it to 78% so it had lost 10%(units).

The board decision should come in 8-14 months and they advice not to use the car during this time. No preliminary info about the progress.

My next headache is how to handle ARB6?? It needs 2-3 visits to Espoo (260 km away). Might need to buy a wrecker as 4S is too much for our trailer + Transit.

BTW - 997C4 is actually very nice car for the winter!
