AC vent under the PCM on the driver side

I have an issue and I don’t know if many have the same. My 2023 Taycan AC is working fine. However, the vent on the driver side under the PCM do not go all the way to the face. I live in Saudi so you can imagine the heat we are having

In normal driving position, the air is blowing in my right ear. I have to tilt my face towards the vent air flow in order to get my cold air in my face. It doesn’t go all the way!!!

Any advice ???

You can change the direction of the air flow in PCM when you push the AC button. Or did you do that and can you still not get it right ?

Already did that and still the air flow is not directly aiming at me, my ear is getting all cool air

Is there a diffused setting? If so switch it off? Also switch off the top vent as you are unlikely to need it which will provide more flow to the sides and central.
