Cracked side window -covered under warranty?

My car was parked inside my garage over the weekend. When I came down this morning, I saw this crack along the passenger side window. I can’t feel the crack at all. And there’s definitely no evidence of anyone trying to break in. I have a 2022 Taycan still under warranty. Anyone have an experience like this and do you think it should be covered under warranty? I have no idea why a crack shaped like this should just spontaneously occur.

If the window was not struck by a rock, it is possible that a stress fracture occurred. If you can remove the door panel, you may be able to see if the breakage started from the anchor points in the window lift mechanism.

The dealer will probably tell you to file an insurance claim. When the dealer repairs the side window, ask them to take a photo of the glass with the panel off.
