That's admirable. Assuming you're not 100% sure about accusing them, you could leave a good review based on the PPF install, but mention this concern at the top. Someone checking all reviews beforehand will keep a closer eye on their odometer when dropping off and it will give anyone else having the same problem greater ammo to leave a bad review knowing it was a pattern.

Plus, if they did go joyriding, your review alone might cause them to rethink pushing their luck with anyone else.
