Has anyone tried just removing the sensor? If I recall correctly it was a red handle looking thing?

Mine continues to turn itself back on, regardless of how many times I shut it off in every place possible. I continue to have the false alarms whenever I am in a rush and forget to check the box on exit, or don't double click properly and do it too slow or too quick when I'm not paying attention. I then get to hear the scream outside of a store, or in my garage and swell with pride on my high tech 100k car that can't handle a basic alarm function after this longI second that.
Did not have that issue, seems you have more than an interior sensor issue.I clearly have the alarm issue
I am waiting for parts from the dealer
my question - my alarm goes off even when I double press the lock button.
It also seems to go off when someone comes close to my car.
Anyone else have this issue ?
non responsive double lock
Sensors going ape shit when someone is 2-3 feet away from car?
Weird. I just checked mine and it’s still off. I wonder if some cars have a bigger PCM issue. I haven’t had any alarms since I shut mine down. I do think this is one of the niggles that absolutely has to be fixed by Porsche. The latter.
Thank you for trying to help, but the Band-Aid solutions have been discussed at length already and are moot now that the factory has announced an official fix.
I’d put a piece of black tape over each sensor until the dealer can replace them.I clearly have the alarm issue

One of many PCM issues, agreed. My PCM completely crashes about once a week... both central screens go blank and take several minutes to reboot. Instrument cluster thankfully still works.Weird. That sounds like a completely different issue. I'd get the dealership to properly investigate.I clearly have the alarm issue

Did Porsche make you remove the Fitcamx first?Had my alarm service carried out today, can confirm the problem is fixed. I tried both ways of replicating the false alarm and both failed to trigger it.
FINALLY!!!
New part number is PAB951172 as already confirmed by others.
I also noticed that the Alarm service has disappeared from the Porsche Connect / My Porsche functions list (visible when you log in on a web browser.)
EDIT: Kept the car locked overnight and played with the My Porsche app this morning... still no alarm!!! It's fixed

Ahh thanks for asking, I knew I forgot something.Did Porsche make you remove the Fitcamx first?
Thanks. Odd thing was that when I went to my dealer, the main tech had never heard of the alarm problem, and didn't know that Electric Sport Sound could be heard within the cabin. LOLAhh thanks for asking, I knew I forgot something.
The Fitcamx stayed there the entire time, they didn't mention it.
My dealer also confirmed that they'll replace internal sensor in my CT4. That should fix the alarm! My dealer has finally ordered the internal sensor module to be replaced - ETA 7 to 10 days - Then will see if that fix the Alarm!
Interior dash trim miss aligned arrived as well and will be replace at the same time.
Hoping it will solve my 2 issues with CT4.

And on queue interior monitoring turned itself back on yesterday in my car…. No alarms though, so that’s a positive for now.One of many PCM issues, agreed. I used to consider my Tesla's system "unreliable" for crashing once a year![]()
