Apple Music not connecting

Hi , I’ve spent hours and hours trying to get my Apple Music account working is the Taycan.

I’ve linked it via the Porsche app and it’s successfully linked but in the car it doesn’t work?

It just tells my licence not available

do I need to have an active my Porsche subscription?

I’ve even reset the car but nothing.

Yes, you need a Porsche Connect subscription to use any of the internet connected services.

Its just the regular play screen with the "choose source" menu option selected (over the play screen).
