Backup camera not working following body work

Hi y’all. Long story but I recently had my Taycan in for some bodywork following a foul-up at a detailer.
After reconnecting the bumper, the backup camera is no longer working.
The body guy tried several time to get it to work, said everything was connected properly, but gave up.
I have an appointment with Porsche next week, but figured I’d ask here to see if anyone has the magic fix.

Unplugging the 12v battery, waiting a few mins, and replugging, has solved pretty much any software problem i had in my taycan ever

Sooo, maybe give it a shot.
