My Taycan had 32,000 km on the clock when a battery cell gave up the ghost.31.03.2024 (that's not a typo) it was brought to the workshop in Bamberg and it is still there today 25.08.24!
According to a Porsche mechanic, Porsche currently only has a few high-voltage workshops because such a high number of battery problems were not expected. I therefore had to wait several months until an appointment became available in my case in Pforzheim. After the battery was repaired, there was also a recall w/ brake hoses, which means that my car is still in the workshop. Reason: brake hoses currently not available.
Initially I was given a Macon as a replacement car, but as I didn't want a combustion engine, partly because of the fuel costs, I was given a Taycan as a replacement car on 23.05.24. I still drive it today. I still drive it today.
To this day, I have received no apology from Porsche for the problem. I have not even been offered any kind of compensation. Is this appropriate behavior towards a customer from a premium manufacturer? My car has been in the workshop for 5 months!
