Anyone have the upgrades brakes and the brakes squeak when coming to a stop at a stop sign or red light?

My service center says it’s normal. But it’s embarrassing when a Honda Civic pulls next to you and says; “man your brakes are bad”

also any recommendations for a good Taycan service se yet in Long Island?

It's not the brakes itself, it's the pads which are resonating at a high frequency in the caliper.
You need to "lubricate" them (not on the brake surface of course...).

I experience a low level squeal in my taycan GTS when not applying the brakes. This occurs at a very low speed. Not sure if this is what you are experiencing or if it is purely with brake application?

Yeah my squeal is only happening when I put my foot on the break come to a stop or pulling up to red light. Or even when I’m pulling into my driveway.

I have experienced the same issues with the PCCBs on my TTS when coming to a full stop, almost exclusively when they are wet (either after driving through the rain or after wash). I too have been told it’s normal by the dealer. Hard braking (so you are using the ceramics and not just regen) once or twice dries them out and usually it then stops the squeak in my experience. What I’ll typically do is push the shifter up to neutral just before I switch to the break pedal since doing so kills the regen and tells the car to use only the PCCBs. Doing that with a hard brake at the end clears up the squeaking. You just need to then put the car back in drive once you come to a stop.

I’m guessing you were using voice dictation but understand; I will try to try that tomorrow but I was also going to go to another service center and get another opinion.
