I am not sure why you went to pelican parts as we have been recommending others that are verified to fit perfectly. This is the best and fits perfectly guaranteed:I just bought this one off Pelican parts - well 3 of them, to get over 99 for free shipping. But when replacing it, I found that the airflow arrow was pointing the opposite direction than the one I just pulled out. Cause of the notch on one corner, there's really only one way to put this thing in - so a little confused about the situation. Even just looking at the images on the site, the Porsche part has the airflow going down (when the notch is in the far left) and this one that says it's compatible has the airflow arrows going up. Hm...the other two compatible filters are also going up. Is this one just not compatible, or are the filters more symmetric and don't need to worry about the direction?

This may apply to you or not, but I just noticed that the air flow on the Pureflow filters is wrong, as the White side is the air IN side and Blue is the air OUT side, consistent with the 1,2,3,4 stages, and their video. Now, I have to recheck all my cars as I may have installed it following the arrow on the filter, but it is the wrong way.
I found several videos and all show that the arrows printed are wrong. This person followed the arrows, but clearly this is wrong direction as the air is moving top down. Someone needs to report this to Pureflow, I will see if I can, well, looks like the answer is here:
