Calendar Service Time Zone Issue

I synced my iPhone calendar, but it seems off by a day.

Example, I had a driving event scheduled yesterday 6/13 9AM-12PM and it showed up on today's 6/14 calendar.

Is there a central clearing house for reporting these bugs?
