Can anyone identify where this piece goes?

I found this in my frunk after getting PPF applied. Almost certain it was not there previously.

It bothers me knowing it should go somewhere...I have no idea what all was disassembled/reassembled to do the PPF.

Update: PPF installer ID'd it - it's the cover for the two nuts that hold in the crest. Easy to snap back in.

Mine kept popping out on a brand new car. I sealed it with a bit of loctite.

Changed mine to Turbonit lately, so would have guessed exactly that.
