Car alarm keeps going off

Hello please can someone help

the car alarm just keeps going off
I’ve informed Porsche -Porsche Germany say they’re looking into it ????
it’s been nearly a week with no resolve can anyone help please ?

Initially it was once every few days and now it’s through the night literally every 10 mins ?

As a last resort how can it be disabled as it’s driving me crazy

there was a recall for alarm early this year around April. they did it when I got my car delivered on 4/30.
