Hi All
Firstly, let me start by saying I know this is real world problems etc and i know people are dying and going through hell in Ukraine, which i completely acknowledge and this post is trivial but i will ask it anyway as i'm just so confused by it.
So, i ordered my taycan turbo in September. The build was completed on 15th February and since then it has remained in the compound in Kornwestheim and currently, the ETA for arrival in the UK is 11th March, which has obviously been and gone.
After what seems like a lifetime of chasing Porsche i'm now told they cannot even tell me if the factory is even open, or has been closed down. They cannot give me revised ETA's for entry to the port at Emden, or shipping or anything whatsoever.
Now, I'm trying to not be synicle but the fact is has (if the story is true) it has been sat in an 'overflow' car-park for the best part of 5 weeks is something i just fail to get my head around.
I'm really struggling with my sales guy and he seems to be getting increasingly annoyed with me but when dropping 140k+ on a car I think i deserve a thruthful and regular update as to the status.
As it stand now, I have no clue when it will arrive and give i am purchasing through my business, this could well end up costing me a small fortune in lost tax breaks.
Thanks in advance for any info / insight as I'm getting the square root of f/all from Porsche.
Anyone else struggling with similar issues?
