Charging issues in DC (Electrify) and AC

Has anybody got this problem and if yes, how did it get resolved? My AC charging is limited now to 9KW when I was charging in the past at 10,5KW and when I try to charge at Electrify, regardless where I go, I get limited between 65KW and 75KW maximum, regardless if the battery is very low, pre-conditioned etc.

Regarding the 9.6kW charging (I'm going on U.S. specs here), 9.6kW is at spec. I was able to charge at 11.5kW when I first got the car. Suddenly after having the ARB6 battery monitoring software installed I was capped at 9.6. Checked my purchase docs and listed in the specs is A/C charging at 9.6kW. Seems the higher rate might have been unintended? The software put the A/C limit back to spec. There is at least one thread on the forum about the A/C charging decrease after ARB6 or 7 was performed.

Regarding Electrify? If Electrify Canada is performing the same way Electrify America is (generally failing to varying degrees) then the de-rating is not unexpected. Grid limited due to the cold? You don't say if you have tried non-Electrify stations. Doubt it's your car since it is charging on DC.

Hum..... My specification on my car built was a 11KW charger. If my memory serves me right, they may have been on the first built (2019 - 2021) only a 9.6KW charger. I had never rechecked the charging rate in AC in a while and only did it because of my DC charging issue. I suspect like you however that the ARB6/7 is the issue on the AC side. I have checked with Porsche Canada and they cannot de-install that software module even. As for the DC, I have charged several times in winter and never got any isssue before. This time, I have tried at different Electrify sites at different times and it remains an issue. I have an appointment with Porsche on Monday. They do have 800V chargers on site, so we will see what they conclude. Thanks
