Obviously you’ve never seen a GT4 strut tower failure…That depends if the manufacturer can prove the problem was caused by that incident. I personally suspect they won't lift an eyebrow, mainly because that pothole should have ripped the rim into pieces to affect the suspension unless it's way flimsier than it should.
Years ago, I've split a rim in half in a pothole at 90km/h. Tire pieces flying everywhere. Not a pleasant experience. Suspension no damage.
