It's great when it's clean but the dust recently has been horrendous.

Car looks great! Do you have any problem with your black roof rails showing etching or discoloration after washing or even rain? I do, and the only way to get it out is to wax the rails. However, that remedy only lasts until the rails get wet again. I do not have that issue with any of the other black parts on the car. I asked my dealer about it and they said that just happens with black aluminum roof rails, which I am not buying.

Yep - I find that if the water dries too quickly you get the salt/sodium deposits leaving a white mark. The car was ceramic coated, so I find that wiping them with a damp microfibre cloth returns them to black. I haven't noticed too much of an issue with rain though, there again it has been very hot in the U since I got the car, so once we get to the winter they might change. On my previous Macan with black roof rails, it was a constant issue so I made sure that these were coated.....time will tell.

Would recommend it, normally my detailer would do it but the OPC did it for me. They also applied a 5 yr coating, normally I would have gone for 2 yrs but this one appears very good.
