I just picked up my car this morning from the PPF shop, after it was 7 days indoors. I noticed all kinds of condensation appearing in both headlights, in the same spot, as well as tail lights and other places on the body. Did anyone else (with a darker coloured car) notice this? Is it normal?

I’ve seen this too in my new ’23, both headlamps. A cursory forum search led me to believe it is normal. Maybe to do with taking it outdoors after being stored inside?

When I had PPF the shop suggested I return in a week or so to address problems. You should too. I did notice some blemishes on the hood but they disappeared and haven't returned.

It’s normal. I have it too. It’s due to the weather and temperatures.

It’s normal… this happened to my rear window light in my M850… Keep in mind, when the installer is putting on the PPF, they’re installing it similar to window tinting. They use a lot of water to get the film to move around as needed, then stick properly as it dries. The condensation is normal.

It's normal. LED headlamps and tail lights are not completely airtight and condensation can find it's way in. Should go away after a day or 2.
