Since yesterday my car's connection to online services has not worked.
The status in the app is not updating
No online service can be started

The PCM says that the network connection is fine. Does it work for you? Could it be that Porsche has some problem with the server?

My car is currently in the same state and has happened several times.
Sometimes calling Porsche USA is able to resolve it and once I took it in for a dealer update which was supposed to resolve it.

It appears to be something on the server side vs anything to do with the car itself.

The network itself was working, yet no online services in the car were functioning.
When I connected the car to a Wi‑Fi hotspot, messages, online radio and other online services started working, but adding a new account still didn’t—it clearly needs data from the built‑in SIM card.
It seemed as though the PCM couldn’t establish a connection.

I have now solved the problem:
I left Slovakia and drove into Austria. The PCM had to switch to a different network, and as soon as it connected to another operator everything began working. After returning to Slovakia, everything continues to work.

So, by effectively forcing a network change, I got it working. A rather curious issue.
