Creaking suspension over speed humps

Mine has the same problem on the right side. The dealer checked and replaced the shock. They said it was leaking. It was covered by warranty. They said they tested the car after replacing it and it was fine, but when I picked up the car I hear the same noise. I am returning the car later this month. Definitely there is something damaged and they need to investigate further. Any thoughts?

CT4 RHD here and I had the same issue since May 24 and brought it to the service centre in August. They checked it and took a video for the sound etc and confirm that it’s a warranty issue and identified the lower control arm as the culprit. They replaced the front lower control arms for both side and when they took it out for a test drive, the sound was still there. They then rechecked the car and now say that the front passenger air suspension is defective and they will order the replacement from Germany, sea-freighted as the gas used in the air suspension cannot be air-freighted. So that’s 6 weeks minimum just to get the part. I am now hearing all sorts of noise from all sides now everytime I go over a speed hump. Hahahah. The car must be playing with my mind. We’ll see how it goes.

I got the car back today and it was fixed. The said they found some fittings that were not properly torqued. So they replaced the shocks and never checked it last time. It is driving smooth now. All covered by warranty.
