Hello guys,
I recently took my car back to dealership, because they had installed the wrong glass on my driver-side window (opted for thermal acoustic insolated, got normal). During delivery they told me they will install the new one when it arrives.
Two days ago(7/6), i drove the car back to have the new panel installed, and was also informed by dealer that they have the latest recall software ready, but dont have the official recall list yet, so they may or may not update the software during the visit.
Now, i am going to go pick up my car later today evening, but noticed from the connect app they added 48km on 7/7. So i got to digging.
Can anyone help to see if I am reading this correctly?
7/6- ending at 10:45pm (when i arrived at the dealer which is approx 30mi from me)
How do I compare the trip since charging/trip since start readings?
From the way im reading this, since 7/5-7/7 the car was driven a total of (123+30)mi = 153mi = 244km.
If i were to taken away the mi or km ive driven. Which is 7/5~7/6(1045am). That means the dealership has put in at least 153-(4+5+30)=114mi = 182km. which is nuts??? Also, the 7/7 data does not show up on the trip since start page weirdly
Am i reading this info correctly? What are the methodologies for Connect in calculating "Trip Since Charge" and "Trip Since start"
Any tips or advices on how i can approach this? Thanks in advance.
side note: Love every bit of the car since delivery, to balance this forum with some positive notes
