Digital Rear View Mirror Options

Anyone install an aftermarket digital rear view mirror? I have one on my Escalade and love it, but it's OEM and I don't want to install a junky digital RVM on the Taycan.

I see the Wolfbox G900 is promoted heavily. It has a dashcam which I also want.

The Gentex seems to be closest to an OEM mirror and high quality.

Lastly, the Autovox looks good as well.

Any feedback on this?

I bought a couple different RVMs to try out. The Wolfbox G900 Pro works well during daylight but night time performance is subpar. I heard there's an update in the works that might address it. Could be a good option but the quality of the night time image doesn't come close to the OEM camera on the Escalade. I'm curious to try the Gentex Full Display Mirror as it seems to be higher quality. Anyone ever used it?

Good day! I apologize for the delayed question, but I just bought my first Porsche in May (2022 Taycan 4S) and was looking at rear view mirror options. A buddy suggested the Wolfbox G900 Pro, so I bought it and scheduled it for install. We ran into an issue where the setup didn't work because the cables connect on the top of the mirror, and the space is too tight between the mirror and the ceiling. If we installed it, it would force the mirror to be angled downwards towards my lap. How did you get around this?

The photos I posted were from my Tesla so I never installed it on the Taycan. Unfortunately the mirror will not fit the Taycan.

That makes sense. We're you able to find an alternative? I have not been very successful finding a better option.

Just an opinion, but I don't like electronic mirrors even though i recognise there are some advantages particularly at night. The problem is that they remove one of the critical features of a mirror, which is that you can move your body (instinctively) to see areas around the periphery.
