Disable auto play Bluetooth?

Hi
I have a 2020 model and no update for wireless apple carplay.
but every time I enter the car the music start playing ?
The same if I have talked to someone in the phone.
Uses a IPhone 12 Pro Max

Isn't that setting on the phone side?

I always pause the music before turning off the car if I'm using the phone for music (which is fairly rare). Seems to keep it from picking up where it left off when turning the car back on.
